Summer Wellness Day

Join me and some specially-selected hosts, and let us offer you a day devoted to your wellbeing!

We’ll start the day with a yoga flow aligned to positivity and good health – I’m delighted to welcome back the inimitable Yoga Beard!

After a refreshing break, we’ll learn about nutrition for health, mindful eating and the links between diet and mental health with Lis Grey, and there will be samples to enjoy.

Lunch is provided by the lovely Lou from The Northallerton Buffet Company – her food is incredible, and there’ll be a focus on ‘Good Food, Good Mood’

After lunch, we’ll enjoy some aromatherapy know-how. You’ll also get to create your own calming or uplifting space mist to take away.

Finally, the day will end with a deeply relaxing and restorative 90-minute sound bath.
