Gather & Glow

A single ticket to this wonderful winter wellness day is £75, but if you come with a friend, two tickets are £140. We only need a £10 deposit for now, with the balance by the end of October (and you can pay in installments if you wish!)

Join us in November for our second Gather & Glow – a day devoted to winter wellbeing!

The day’s lineup looks like this:

Firstly, we’ll make a beautiful festive table centrepiece with foliage and natural materials with Emma Baines (Hummingbird Creations)

Once you’ve delighted yourself with your creativity, we’ll engage with a mindfulness and breathwork class with Steffy Cappleman, designed to soothe the jangled nervous system before the seasonal madness takes over!

After an indulgent festive afternoon tea, we’ll enjoy some gentle winter crafts, designed to bring peace and joy.

To wrap it all up with a ribbon, we’ll end with a seasonal sound bath – twinkling lights, evocative sounds and cosy blankets.
