Over the course of this retreat, we’ll explore mindfulness as a way of living—practicing not only in stillness, but in motion, creativity, and connection.

Each day will offer a rich blend of guided meditations, nature walks, and sound healing, alongside the gentle rhythm of mindful crafting and quiet time for reflection and rest. Whether you’re looking to deepen your mindfulness practice or simply need space to pause and breathe, this retreat offers a sanctuary of calm and clarity.

Friday 11th June:

11am – intros / welcomes/reflections / intention-setting

12.30 lunch

1.30 Karen leads a mindfulness workshop

3.30pm Sound bath and meditation

5pm closing thoughts for the day

Saturday 12th June:

10am – 12pm Joyful crafting

12.30 lunch

2pm mindful walk and outdoor meditation

4pm sound bath

5pm closing thoughts for the day

Sunday 13th:

10am Karen / Angela lead a sharing & meditation circle

11am Sound bath

12pm closing thoughts and farewells

The total cost for the retreat is £275, with accommodation as an additional cost. We can help you source local accommodation, including local holiday cottages shared with other retreat guests.

We are only taking deposits for now, which are non-refundable. Payments can be made in instalments, with the final balance due 4 weeks before the event. Refunds of instalments/balance payments cannot be offered within 4 weeks of the event beginning, as we have committed to hall hire, catering, etc., but you may gift your place to someone else, or sell it on.
