Join Angela Smith & Colette Safhill for A Morning to Understand and Soothe Anxiety – a restorative experience where we explore what anxiety really is, how it shows up in the mind and body, and practical ways to find calm.
Together, we’ll slow down, learn to listen to ourselves, and reset through grounding and mindful practices.
Before booking, please read the following refund policy carefully:
Deposits are non-refundable (but I may be able to ‘roll over’ a deposit to a future event if there are spaces)
Full payment is usually required 3 weeks before the event. After full payment is made, unless I can sell your space to another guest, I am unable to refund the place.
If I cancel the event, a full refund of your deposit and/or subsequent payments will be made.
